SCAM, SCAM, SCAM..... DO NOT USE.... Many items were lost and damaged. Careless movers who hire "craigs list" laborers to help to load and unload your valuable and personal items. Upon pickup, they damaged the wood floor of our house, and upon delivery, items were damaged and missing. Not only were MY items missing, but they tried to deliver items that did not belong to us. When I mentioned that items were missing to the driver, he said "you have insurance". While currently in dispute with the "insurance" company, it doesn't look like I will receive enough to replace the missing items. They underestimate the quote, which will almost double when you get the final bill, and just plain DON'T CARE. DO NOT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS!!! ZERO STARS!

I hired AllTrust movers to move me from my condo in Florida to a storage facility in North Carolina until my new home was ready. I spoke with them over the phone and described every large piece and box that I needed moved, they gave me the estimate, and I hired them for the job. On the day of the move, they came to my home and quoted me close to $2,000 MORE than their original estimate!! Nothing about the amount on belongings that I was moving had changed! They knew they had me backed in a corner because I had to move out that day. I went ahead with the move, and in the process of moving my furniture, they caused extensive damage to just about every piece while loading them onto the truck and/or unloading it into the storage facility. I examined and documented all of the damage as they brought it into my storage unit, and brought it to the attention of the manager, but was compensated very little for it. After moving into my new home, I discovered that many of my boxed items were broken..even thought they were wrapped in newspapers, bubble wrap and towels! Proof that they were very destructive and rough while handling the boxes! The manager refused to compensate me for any further damage! I would have been better off selling all of my belongings and buying everything new, because now I am out $4,000+ from the move, and have nothing but damaged furniture in my new home! Save yourself the frustration and expense and DO NOT hire these people!! ANYONE else out there HAS to be better, because I can't believe it could get any worse than my experience!!

I can honestly be proud of this moving experience. Compared to others I’ve endured in the past, it felt much smoother and more custom catered to my needs as a customer. The customer service was hands on and attentive, made sure every fragile item I pointed out to them was handled cautiously with blankets or other safety materials.

They did an excellent job maintaining the condition of all my most valuable and coveted things. This is how I wish every mover in the industry approached their profession. They are inna very important position when they commit to transporting a customers things.

AllTrust Moving & Storage truly understood their commitment and showed it with their actions! Thanks again for being consistent and compassionate throughout this move. I can’t recommend these guys enough for your next move!

Alltrust movers team were punctual and followed the schedule as agreed. All my belongings were carefully packed and they reached the destination in perfect condition. The price for such a great service was reasonable. They wrapped all our big furniture with protective blankets. Considering that we were moving from the 2nd floor, I was very nervous with how it would end up, but I am so happy everything went smooth. Once at the new place, they were again quick and careful about placing our things down. Our bed was too big to carry out, but they handled all the belongings with care. They make my move a stress free move, Thank You!

I found AllTrust Movers to be very trustworthy just as their name implies. If you go on their website, you can see that their pricing is transparent. If you’re looking to estimate a move at 3 hours, you’ll know exactly how much they would charge.

That kind of information at your disposal makes it really easy to trust them straight away. Not only is their pricing extremely transparent, but so is there moving service. They brought enough materials to securely wrap or package anything that wasn’t 100% protected. I would gladly recommend this local moving service to anyone seeking a professional and transparent moving service.

I greatly appreciate the detail and customer service that went into my move. Dimitri is very professional and accommodating. Thanks to his direction, the movers were at their optimal performance and as a result, my things arrived in great condition.

Also, when my things were being transported into my new home, the movers were very careful and well paced. They did an outstanding job with securing the transport of my belongings and assembling the necessary pieces of furniture.

The team arrived exactly to the minute we were told and they called exactly 30 minutes prior to arriving as we were told they would. I don't think they stopped running once except to wrap all of the furniture. They did a fabulous job and extremely quickly and efficiently and they were so helpful. I can't say enough about how great the experience was. And the price was excellent!! I will recommend this company to everyone I know and will call them first if we find we need to move again!! Great team and great company!!

It’s seldom seen that a moving company hold up their end of the bargain without adding in additional fees or taking much longer than the estimated delivery time. They were 100% professional and compliant with the schedule they gave us at the very beginning stages of the project.

Expectations were made clear and communication was fluent. Our things were handled and delivered diligently. There were no scratches or damages of any kind on our furniture or boxed things. Also, they maneuvered our furniture and boxes into our new home without breaking or damaging anything. Well done!

We called these guys because of all the stellar reviews they received on here. After our experience, we understand why they receive a lot of positive feedback. They worked hard to minimize the stress of moving. They started off on the right foot when they showed up on time. I was worried that they were going to break our things, but they made sure to pack everything cautiously They were professional, nice, and fast! Nothing came up broken, nothing turned up missing. Tony and Ed are amazing movers! They took us from our 4 bedrooms in Miami, FL to our 2-bedroom house in Dallas, TX with all our stuff intact with no damage and without me lifting a finger. Offered their assistance in all aspects of moving including set up at our new place. The price was more than reasonable too! Both were so efficient, polite, and personable. They have definitely raised the bar on what good movers are, so don't settle for less. Alltrust Movers is the only moving company for us.

The perfect move! I never thought I would say that..however, Alltrust Movers made our moving day a breeze! They showed up on time and worked so efficiently and professionally that our entire move was done in less time than we had thought. The crew was just amazing and kept to the task at hand. Everything arrived in perfect condition. And we stayed within our budget. I would give more than 5 stars if possible. I never want to move again but if we do Alltrust is the company we will use!!

Alltrust Movers did an excellent job with my move yesterday. Austin, Joseph, and Frank showed up on time, were personable, friendly and efficient. I felt bad for my movers because they had to move me down four flights of stairs and up one but all 3 did it with a smile and within my quote's time frame. They paid special attention to everything to make sure nothing was damaged. I recommend Alltrust Movers because they do what they saw they are going to do and they do it well.

First interaction with Shawn over the phone was very pleasant. His persona and demeanor prompted me to no longer wait for additional quotes from other moving companies. During pickup we had some major misunderstanding which led to some tensed and passionate conversation. In the end Shawn resolved the issues and even covered fees out of his own pocket. Appreciated him listening, understanding my perspective, and most importantly finding a solution that was satisfactory. Looking forward to another awesome experience during delivery.

Right from the beginning phonecall from Will the salesman I explained that I needed a small truck to move our stuff in. I explained a semi truck would not fit up our road. So on moving day they should up in a semi truck. So here we are with all our life packed in boxes. I argued about the truck size so they put me on the phone with the dispatcher and he assured me they could get that big truck up the road and I wouldn't have to pay an shuttle service fee so I said ok.. so the next day the truck shows up and guess what they can't fit up our road. This is at 330 sunday afternoon . So the office calls me and said I need to pay an additional 1500.00 shuttle fee in CASH or postal money order. He said they don't take credit cards because of the possibility of a dispute. The driver had no paperwork when asking for cash he said no problem we will just put your stuff in storage and u can pick it up. My wife and I are both disabled. So they finally agreed on a credit card payment. . They finally unloaded our stuff at 10:00 sunday night, with several things that got damaged. Sorry for the long story but they are a bunch of scammers and con artist. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Just remember they don't start hitting you with extra charges till they have all your belongings in a truck. THE WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER!! STAY AWAY FROM ALLTRUST MOVING AND STORGAGE.
